Subject: tmux: add Prefix+I / Prefix+O to cycle A- sessions

Mirrors the default Prefix+( / Prefix+) bindings but filtered to
sessions whose name starts with the 'A-' agent-workload prefix.
Logic lives in scripts/tmux-cycle-a-session.
