style: match HTML report to goprecords.f3s.buetow.org look
Restyle the generated HTML status report to visually match the
goprecords site: compact monospace layout (ui-monospace stack),
white background with black text, left-aligned full-width container,
small tight headings, minimal vertical rhythm, and matching link
palette (#06c / #639) with a hairline footer rule. Semantic status
colors are preserved for at-a-glance severity.
