ci: Fix CI build step to use correct binary path ./cmd/gt
- Changed 'go build -o perc ./cmd/perc' to 'go build -o gt ./cmd/gt'
- Changed './perc version' to './gt version'
The CI now builds the correct binary with the correct binary name.
