Merge branch 'develop': implement custom metric commands
Task 7d: Added custom metric management:
- custom define <name> <factor> <category>: register custom metric
- custom undefine <name>: remove custom metric
- custom list: list all custom metrics
- custom show: show metric info (reuses metric show)
Added Unregister to MetricRegistry with built-in protection.
6 tests covering full lifecycle and error cases.
