refactor(rpn): convert prefix mode tests to table-driven format
Consolidate five separate prefix mode test functions into a single
table-driven test with subtests:
- TestPrefixModeEndToEndConvert
- TestPrefixModeAffectsCrossMetricConvert
- TestPrefixModeUsedInArithmetic
- TestPrefixModeAffectsComparison
- TestMetricShowReflectsPrefixMode
Each table entry specifies the SI/IEC mode, RPN expression, and
expected numeric result (with tolerance) or expected string content.
Reduces code from ~130 lines to ~90 while improving readability and
maintainability.
