Subject: internal/Magefile: Refactor to align with best practices

- Added mg import (via magefile/mage/sh)
- Added binaryName constant
- Added project descriptions for build targets
- Added proper Install target with go install
- Added Uninstall target to remove the binary
- Added getGOPATH helper function
