show auto-reset countdown and document the cycle
Renders the next-tick countdown ("12s/30s") in the dashboard chrome so
users can see when aggregates will clear, and adds a dedicated H-help
line spelling out the cycle keys (off → 10s → 30s → 1m → 2m → 5m).
