| Snapshot.NonIOFamilies, Snapshot.NonIOFamiliesCount, and types.IsNonIOSyscallFamily encoded a TUI tab concept in core packages. Move this filtering into internal/tui/dashboard/nonio.go as unexported helpers so the dashboard owns its own grouping policy and Snapshot.Families remains the neutral core API.
