Rubyfy

Tested on Mac OS X, MacPorts and  Ruby 2.2.0

Example usage:

```
cat serverlist.txt | ./rubyfy -p 10 -c 'hostname'
./rubyfy --root --command 'id' <<< foo.example.com
```
