worktime: move uprecords collect/import into hidden worktime-repo script
Host-specific upload details now live in ~/git/worktime/.uprecords-sync.sh
(kept out of the public dotfiles repo). worktime::supersync calls it via
sh; f3s skill updated accordingly.
