Remove packaging targets from Magefile, moved to conf/packagesmain
Build/upload logic for FreeBSD and OpenBSD packages now lives in
~/git/conf/packages/ as a Makefile + shell scripts. Magefile retains
only build, test, vet, and lint targets.
